Product name : High alumina refractory castable
Specifications : HY-JZL-1
Product introduction :
Wear-resistant refractory castable and refractory concrete are amorphous refractory materials with good wear resistance at high temperature, which are made of corundum aggregate, corundum, silicon carbide and other wear-resistant raw materials as aggregate, combined with powder or liquid binder and mixed with several additives. It is suitable for circulating fluidized bed boiler cyclone, furnace wall lining and coal ash impact and wear serious parts.
To pouring construction or made of prefabricated parts. Refractory aggregate, powder, binder, admixture, water or other liquid with a certain gradation are fully mixed.
Product Features :
1.High strength, high wear resistance, impact resistance, erosion resistance, oil penetration resistance
2.good flame retardant, low water absorption, high and low temperature resistance
3.good durability, long service life
4.Simple construction, fast operation, easy to master
5.Good integrity, not easy to fall off
6.Non-toxic, tasteless, green environmental protection, no physical damage to the operator
Product Uses :
1.Wear-resistant liners in gangue silos, media barrels, scrapers, bucket elevators, chutes, sieve funnels, etc.in the coal industry.
2.Blast furnace mixing silo, sintering silo, feeder, ball making machine, etc.in iron and steel industry.
3.In the power generation industry, the combustion chamber dense phase zone and transition zone, the bottom of the furnace, the cyclone outlet mixing chamber, etc.
4.Waste incinerators, boilers, heating furnaces, casting furnaces, etc.
