Alumina ceramic ring
Advantages of alumina ceramics:
1. Aluminum oxide ceramics have excellent properties that are non combustible, rust resistant, sturdy, and not easily damaged compared to other organic and metal materials.
2. Aluminum oxide ceramics have wear resistance, but their hardness is the same as that of corundum, and their wear resistance can reach Mohs hardness level nine, which is comparable to that of superhard alloys.
Performance of alumina ceramics:
1. Lightweight
The density of alumina ceramic materials is 3.7~3.95g/cm °, which is only half of that of steel and can greatly reduce equipment load.
2. Wide applicability
Aluminum oxide ceramics are widely used in fields such as machinery, fiber optics, cutting tools, medical, food, chemical, aerospace, etc.
