Our corrugated alumina ceramic stand-off insulators are manufactured from 99% high-purity alumina powder and fired under ultra-high temperature. Each insulator is pre-embedded with brass or steel nuts during molding for stable assembly. The multi-rib corrugated design greatly extends creepage distance, effectively preventing flashover and leakage current under high voltage, humid or dusty working environments.


With glossy white insulating glaze, the ceramic insulator features excellent heat resistance, strong mechanical strength and outstanding dielectric properties. It is widely used as isolation support components for high & low voltage control cabinets, inverters, busbars, circuit breakers, PV energy storage converters and industrial heating machines.
