This high-purity alumina ceramic wire drawing holder is customized for metal wire drawing production lines. Made of 99% alumina ceramic, it features ultra-high hardness, excellent acid & alkali corrosion resistance, low friction and long service life. Precision CNC machining ensures stable wire guiding, effectively reducing wire scratching and breaking rate, widely used in copper, steel, stainless steel wire drawing equipment.

1:Product Introduction

 Our alumina ceramic wire drawing guide block is core wear-resistant spare part for wire drawing machines. Different

from wooden or plastic holders, alumina ceramic owns outstanding mechanical and chemical stability. It will not deform,

swell or corrode under long-term contact with cooling liquid, cutting down frequent replacement cost greatly. Custom
